LAUGHLIN - The display of more than a half-dozen cozy quilts in the lobby case at the Laughlin Library will be open until Saturday. Starting Monday, North American Indian artifacts from Fred Kraft's collection will be on display. Kay Rosenau and Judie Frank, regulars at the Saturday morning quilters group in the senior citizens wing of the Spirit Mountain Activity Center in Mountain View Park, explained about the seven quilts on display during an interview. The library staff enhanced the display with books about quilting, a plant and a history sheet. read more
