quilting patterns - Hanover quilter heads to Nashville expo - The Evening Sun
Dawn Gerber, of Hanover, made this Baltimore album quilt. Gerber learned how to make the quilt from classes she took at the Quilt Patch in Littlestown. The quilt, mostly hand-sewn by Hanover resident Dawn Gerber, is one of 280 to be displayed at the American Quilt Society Quilt Expo and eligible for a Best of Show award cash prize of $10,000. She learned how to make the quilt from classes she took at the Quilt Patch in Littlestown. As an amateur, Gerber didn’t realize that the Baltimore album quilt was not exactly for beginners.
